What’s in the Kit

Custom GPU Power Distribution & Control Unit
This custom-built unit connects to your existing bench power supply via banana plug inputs and distributes clean, switched power to your GPU under test. Housed in a custom 3D printed enclosure, it provides three fixed output rails — 12.5V, 3.3V, and 1.8V with common ground — covering the primary voltage requirements of most modern graphics cards. All outputs are monitored in real time by an integrated PZEM-031, giving you live voltage and current readings directly on the display so you can see exactly what the card is drawing at all times.

A separate independent variable buck regulator output is also built in, adjustable from 0–30V at up to 4A, allowing you to dial in any voltage you need for component-level testing and fault diagnosis — completely independent of the fixed rails.

An illuminated power switch gives you clean on/off control of the output without disconnecting your bench PSU. No ATX motherboard required, no improvised wiring — just a clean, purpose-built power delivery unit designed around real GPU repair workflow.

Input requirements: 12.5V DC, 3A–8A depending on GPU load. A bench power supply capable of delivering 12.5V at a minimum of 8A is required and is not included in this kit.

Custom GPU Power Cables
Hand-built sleeved bench cables with 8-pin GPU connectors on one end and banana plugs on the other. Correct wire gauge for GPU power delivery. Built for bench use — connect your bench PSU directly to any GPU in seconds.

PCIe Riser Card (VER018)
x1 to x16 PCIe riser that lets you run any graphics card completely outside a system. Access all sides of the board freely, probe without chassis restrictions, and work the way a repair bench should work.

NVIDIA VRAM Test USB — UEFI Edition (Full Kit only)
Bootable USB drive loaded with NVIDIA VRAM diagnostic software for motherboards running a UEFI BIOS. Supports GTX 600 series up to RTX 5090. Boot directly to a full memory test — no OS installation, no commands, no coding required.

NVIDIA VRAM Test USB — Legacy Edition (Full Kit only)
The same powerful NVIDIA VRAM diagnostics for motherboards running a Legacy BIOS. Also supports GTX 600 series up to RTX 5090. Both USBs cover the same GPU range — the correct one to use depends on your motherboard BIOS type, not the GPU.

AMD VRAM Test USB (Full Kit only)
