GPU Solutions – Repair Terms & Conditions
1. DISCLAIMER
- GPU Solutions (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) will only perform and provide repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. GPU Solutions will conduct honest, reasonable, and professional services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
- Graphics card repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your graphics card cannot be repaired (examples: age of card, repair/replacement parts obsolete, GPU core failure, memory chip damage, excessive cost of replacement parts, etc.).
- The length of time required to service/repair your graphics card cannot be guaranteed. The standard repair timeline is 15–30 days from the day of receipt. The Priority Service timeline is 1–15 days, depending on the complexity of the fault, the number of GPUs in the queue, and parts availability. Timelines exclude shipping and parts procurement delays. Any change in the timeline will be communicated by email and/or other modes of contact.
- You authorize the technician(s) providing the service to install necessary BIOS/software on the graphics card’s BIOS chip to perform the required services.
2. BILLING TERMS
- Graphics card services/repairs are billed as stated on the service order provided. Charges will be calculated based on the repair fee structure in effect at the time of service.
- An estimate of the cost for work will be provided before performing services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.
- If unforeseen issues arise beyond the estimate, every effort will be made to contact you and obtain authorization to continue.
- If you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored.
- If the card is deemed No-Fix, a Diagnostic / No-Fix fee will apply:
- AED 100 for GPUs under AED 2,500
- AED 150 for GPUs between AED 2,500–5,000
- AED 200 for GPUs above AED 5,000
- If you have opted for Priority Service and your graphics card is deemed No-Fix, you will be charged:
- The applicable Diagnostic / No-Fix fee (see above), plus
- The Priority premium (the difference between the Normal and Priority repair fees for your GPU).
- Service fees are waived only for parts purchased directly from GPU Solutions (e.g., thermal pads, fans) when explicitly stated as free installation. Otherwise, standard service fees apply.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
- Graphics card parts and hardware that are ordered or special orders must be paid in advance.
- GPU Solutions accepts Online Payments (Stripe), Credit/Debit Cards, Cash (Self Pickup), and Bank Transfers for customers in the UAE. For international customers, Stripe is the payment gateway.
- Starting 27th August 2025, GPU Solutions has switched exclusively to Stripe as its payment gateway.
4. LIABILITY
- Services are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the graphics card(s) for which you request such service(s).
- Your graphics card will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your card, not damage it.
- In the case of accidental damage to your graphics card or damage caused by already existing problems (such as shorted/burnt components or hardware failures), you agree to hold GPU Solutions and any person(s) associated with GPU Solutions harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
- After the repair is completed or deemed No-Fix, you are required to clear the repair fees within 7 days of notification. If no payment is made:
- A first reminder will be sent after 7 days.
- A second reminder after 15 days.
- A final reminder after 30 days.
5. SUPPORT
- Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
- All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
6. REPAIRS & SERVICE GUARANTEE
- All services and repairs/part replacements are guaranteed for 90 days from the completion/delivery date. The warranty applies only to the parts replaced by GPU Solutions and not to unrelated faults that may occur later.
- If it is later found that the service was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician, GPU Solutions will re-perform the repair/service free of labor charges. Replacement parts, if required, will be billed separately.
7. NO-FIX GRAPHICS CARDS
- There may be instances where your graphics card is diagnosed with a fault and the cost of repair exceeds the GPU’s current value, or the GPU is irreparably damaged.
- If you choose to stop the repair due to high costs, the Diagnostic / No-Fix fee (and Priority premium, if applicable) will still apply.
- If you change your mind and stop the repair after diagnosis, the same fees will apply.
8. ESTIMATES / QUOTES AND CHARGES
- All repair estimates or quotes are free (see Section 2.2–2.4).
- Diagnostic / No-Fix Fee: AED 100 / 150 / 200 depending on GPU value (see Section 2.5).
- Repair Service Fee: Calculated as per the published pricing structure:
- Normal Service = 10% of GPU value (minimum AED 200)
- Priority Service = 14% of GPU value or Normal + AED 200 (whichever is higher, minimum AED 300)
- Parts Charges: Any required replacement parts will be billed separately and included in the quote/invoice.
9. LOGISTICS
- The customer is responsible for insuring the graphics card when sending it for repair via courier/postal service.
- GPU Solutions will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the courier/post during transit.
- GPU Solutions will insure the graphics card when returning it to the customer.
- The cost of insurance and postage must be paid by the customer in advance before shipping.
- Any taxes (e.g., VAT, import duties) will be paid by the customer.
- All import duties/VAT paid when receiving your graphics card will be billed to you and must be cleared before return shipping.
- UAE charges 5% customs duties on imports (based on value of goods). Any additional charges will be communicated.
- GPU Solutions will not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly in accordance with the customs laws of the receiving country.
- It is your responsibility to enquire about and complete any customs forms required by your country before shipping your graphics card to GPU Solutions.
10. WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
- Any graphics cards repaired by GPU Solutions come with a 90-day warranty.
- The warranty covers only the repair work conducted and parts replaced (purchased from GPU Solutions). It does not cover the entire graphics card.
- Any modification after repair (e.g., installing shunt resistors to increase power draw) will void the warranty.
11. WARRANTY ON SALES
- All graphics cards purchased from GPU Solutions come with a 180-day warranty by default, unless specified otherwise.
- The warranty covers the entire graphics card for defects that may impact performance.
- The warranty does not cover modifications made by the user or third parties.
- Graphics cards sold through GPU Solutions do not require thermal paste or pad replacement for the first 2 years.
- The warranty will be void if the card is damaged due to improper handling (e.g., incorrect pad replacement, knocked-off components).
- The warranty will be void if the graphics card is used for cryptocurrency mining.
12. SALES
- All graphics cards sold through GPU Solutions are Refurbished and NOT NEW.
- The warranty on graphics cards is provided by GPU Solutions, not the original manufacturer.
- Other products (e.g., thermal pads, thermal paste) are sold new and unused.
