TERMS FOR SENDING IN YOUR DEVICE


Carefully package your device in a box to prevent damage during transport.
Please send only the device itself, without any accessories, using a trackable shipping service.

Your Device will be in a repair queue after it is received by us. Diagnosis and service will start once it the turn of your device as per the repair queue. Normal Service: 6 to 10 days and Priority Service: 1 to 5 days.

The repair details you submit are used as an initial reference.
Each device is thoroughly inspected to confirm the actual issue and final repair cost.

The price during booking is the base price. Any parts replaced during repair like any type of IC, MOSFETS, Memory Modules, Core will add to the base price. We will contact you if there is any increase in price beyond AED 100.

All Payments are to be made after the work is completed and your ticket is marked as Ready/Complete.
