Pricing (Transparent & Value-Based)
Normal Service Fee = 10% of the GPU’s current market value (UAE selling price basis), with a minimum fee of AED 200.
- Parts (e.g., controllers, regulators, VRAM, fans, etc.) are charged separately and quoted before work proceeds.
- Diagnostic / No-Fix fee applies only if the GPU cannot be repaired or you decline after diagnosis:
AED 100 (< AED 2,500) · AED 150 (AED 2,500–5,000) · AED 200 (> AED 5,000) - If repair is successful, the Diagnostic / No-Fix fee is waived.
Turnaround Time
- Normal Service: 6–10 days (depends on fault complexity and parts availability)
- Need it sooner? Choose Priority Service (target 1–5 days)
When is “No-Fix” Applied?
- Repair cost exceeds the GPU’s current value
- PCB or core is irreparably damaged
- You decide not to proceed after diagnosis
