What Priority Service Means
By choosing Priority Repair, your graphics card is placed ahead of Normal Service jobs. We allocate extra resources to diagnose, repair, and test your GPU faster while maintaining our high repair standards.
Service Timeline
- Normal Service: 6–10 days
- Priority Service: 1–5 days
Priority Service Fee
The Priority Repair fee is calculated as 14% of your GPU’s current market value or Normal Fee + AED 200 (whichever is higher, minimum AED 300). This is in addition to any required parts replacement.
No-Fix Policy
If your GPU is deemed No Fix after diagnosis, you will be charged:
- The applicable Diagnostic / No-Fix fee (AED 100 / 150 / 200 depending on GPU value)
- Plus the Priority Premium (difference between Normal and Priority fees for your GPU)
