What Priority Service Means
By choosing Priority Repair, your graphics card is placed ahead of Normal Service jobs. We allocate extra resources to diagnose, repair, and test your GPU faster while maintaining our high repair standards.
Service Timeline
- Normal Service: 6–10 days
- Priority Service: 1–5 days
Priority Service Fee
The Priority Repair fee is calculated as 14% of your GPU’s current market value. Priority Service starts from AED 550 (Tier 2) and has a minimum fee of AED 1,000 for Tier 4 flagship cards. This is in addition to any required parts replacement.
Priority Service is not available on Tier 1 entry-level cards. See our Pricing Page to check which tier your GPU belongs to.
No-Fix Policy
If your GPU is deemed No Fix after diagnosis, you will be charged:
- The applicable Diagnostic / No-Fix fee: AED 100 (Tier 1) · AED 150 (Tier 2) · AED 200 (Tier 3) · AED 400 (Tier 4 flagship)
- Plus the Priority Premium (difference between Normal and Priority fees for your GPU)
