Diagnostics / No Fix

Diagnosing a graphics card often requires extensive testing, specialized equipment, and many hours of troubleshooting. In some cases, the fault cannot be repaired, or you may decide not to proceed with the repair due to cost or other reasons. To cover the time, expertise, and resources invested in the diagnostic process, a Diagnostics / No-Fix fee is charged.

• AED 100 for GPUs under AED 2,500

• AED 150 for GPUs between AED 2,500–5,000

• AED 200 for GPUs above AED 5,000

If you have chosen Priority Service and the GPU is deemed No-Fix, the priority premium (difference between Normal and Priority fees) will also apply in addition to the Diagnostics / No-Fix fee.
