- This cannot be booked as a standalone service.
- It is added only when diagnosis confirms it is required to fix the fault during repair.
- The fee covers the service to install the core — either reballing and reinstalling your existing core or mounting a replacement core.
- This is not the price of the core itself (any replacement core, if needed, is quoted separately).
- Charged in addition to the base repair/diagnosis fee.

Scope & Limits
Covers GPU-die BGA reball and/or installation. Excludes the cost of any replacement core, memory rework, major pad/trace reconstruction, liquid-damage recovery, or external (PSU/case) faults. If additional issues are found, we’ll share options and obtain approval before proceeding.
How it works: Book a standard repair at gpusolutions.net/book-device. If diagnostics confirm a core reball/installation is necessary, we’ll add this line item and seek your approval before continuing.
