Q: Is Graphics Card Repairs a Registered company?
A: Graphics Card Repairs is part of GPU Solutions FZ-LLC, which has its registered address at FDRK2777, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Q: What is the cost of repairing my graphics card?
A: The cost of repair will depend on the model of the Graphics Card. This service fee covers new thermal paste and components like capacitors, resistors, inductors, diodes, and transistors. It doesn’t include parts like MOSFETs, Regulators, Controllers, Memory modules, and GPU cores. All customers will be billed in AED (Dirhams). For customers outside UAE the amount will be converted in their local currency for ease of Payment.

Note: Below is the Repair fee for GPUs.

  • Quadro RTX 6000 48GB, RTX 5000 32GB, A800 40GB – AED 400
  • Quadro RTX 4500, RTX A6000, RTX A5500, RTX A4500 and RTX 4000 – AED 350
  • Quadro RTX A2000, GV100, P6000 and M6000 – AED 300
  • Quadro RTX A1000, P5000, P4000, M5000 and M4000- AED 250

We no longer accept the NVIDIA GTX 1000 series and below, as the repair cost exceeds the GPU value.

We no longer accept the AMD Vega series, the AMD RX 500 series, and below, as the repair cost is more than the value of the GPU.

Q: Will I be charged if I choose not to repair the graphics card after diagnosis?
A: If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, there is a minimum fee of AED 100 because of the effort involved in diagnosing the graphics card.

Q: How long does it take to repair my graphics card?
A: The repair time varies depending on the card’s fault. As there is high demand to repair graphics cards the current repair time is 15 days up to 30 days.  Once the repair process starts most cards are fixed within 1-2 hours, while complex issues can take up to 48 hours or more. If parts need to be ordered, it may take up to 23 more days due to shipping. We will provide an exact timeframe after diagnosis.

Q: Do you offer a Pickup and Drop Facility?
A: Yes. We offer a Pickup and drop-off facility within the UAE for a fee of AED 50.

Q: Do you offer Priority Service if I do not wish to wait for 20 to 30 days?
A: Yes! We offer priority service for an additional fee of AED 100. From 1st May 2025, the Priority service fee will be AED 200. The repair time for Priority Service is 1 day up to 15 days depending on the complexity of the fault.

Q: If I choose the Priority Service and the GPU is deemed as No Fix will I still be charged the Priority Service Fee?
A: Yes! If the GPU is deemed as No FIX, AED 100 will be charged over and above the Diagnostics Fee.
E.g. 1)  Mark has opted for priority service, and his GPU is deemed as NO FIX, he will be charged for Priority service (AED 100) and Diagnostics Fee (AED 100).
E.g. 2) Mark has NOT opted for priority service, and his GPU is deemed as NO FIX, he will be charged the Diagnostic Fee (AED 100).

Q: Will I be charged a Diagnostics fee plus a Graphics Card Repair fee after my GPU is repaired?
A: No! You will not be charged a Diagnostics Fee if your GPU is successfully repaired. You will be charged a Diagnostics Fee only when your GPU is deemed as NO FIX.

Q: When is a GPU deemed as NO FIX?
A: After we have diagnosed your GPU and we have identified the fault, and any one of the scenarios below.
1) The cost of repairing the graphics card is more than its current market value, it is deemed as NO FIX.
2) The graphics card is broken/damaged beyond repair.
3) You decide not to proceed with the repair.

Q: I have many GPUs for repair. Do you offer a discount on bulk repair?
A: Yes, we provide a discount on the Service Fee for bulk repairs. We offer a discount of 10% if you send 5 to 9 graphics cards under a single Case ID, and up to 20% is offered if you send 10 or more graphics cards for repair under a single Case ID. There is no discount on replacement parts.

Q: Will I receive a quote, and is there a charge for it?
A: We provide quotes free of charge after diagnosing the card. However, if you choose not to proceed with the repair, a minimum diagnostic fee applies.

Q: Do you accept graphics cards for repairs from outside the UAE, like the US, Europe, and other countries?
A: Yes, we accept cards from outside the UAE. However, we advise checking repair costs and shipping expenses to ensure they don’t exceed the card’s value.

Q: How can I make payments for repairs from outside the UAE?
A: Payments outside the UAE can be made via Ziina, our payment partner. you can opt to pay in your local currency, and the converted amount will be displayed during payment checkout. You can use your Credit / Debit Cards to make payments. Bank Transfer is not available from outside the UAE.

Q: If I am in UAE can I make payments using my Credit Card / Debit Card?
A: Yes we have partnered with Ziina as our payment gateway so you can make all payments online or by scanning the QR code and using your Credit / Debit card.

Q: What other payment options are available if I am in the UAE?
A: If you are in the UAE you also have the option of Online Payment, NFC payment using Credit Card / Debit Card / Mobile phone, Payment using QR code Scan,  Bank Transfer, and Cash.

Q: Which payment gateway does GPU Solutions use for payments?
A: We use Ziina as payment gateway for online payments.

Q: Can I ship my graphics card for repairs if I can’t visit in person?
A: Yes, you can ship your graphics card. Fill out the Repair Request Form to create a case ID before shipping. Shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.

Q: How can I get updates on the repair status of my graphics card?
A: Once we receive your card, we create a case and provide a case ID. Updates are sent via email and WhatsApp, and you can check the job status on our website.

Q: Do you have a YouTube Channel to watch your work?
A: Yes, we have a YouTube Channel showcasing our repair work.

Q: Can I upgrade the memory of my graphics card?
A: Currently we offer upgrades on only RTX 2080 Ti to 22GB and RTX 3070 to 16GB.

Q: Will my upgrade request be honored if I place an upgrade order for other GPUs other than the RTX 2080Ti and RTX 3070?
 A: Your order will be canceled as we will not be able to service the request. If in the future we can upgrade any other GPUs we will release a video on our YouTube Channel first.

Q: Can I watch the repair videos on your website?
A: Yes, you can view our repair videos on our website.
